Unlike other real estate agencies, we provide you with the opportunity to choose from the entire market. This means that we do not only work from our own portfolio, but we also organize viewings for properties you have selected from the open market (e.g., idealista.com). If the owner or the real estate agency advertising the property cooperates with us, your costs will decrease according to the extent of the cooperation. If they do not, we can still show you the property, but in this case, the 1% fee is your responsibility.

What do our services include?
This is the most important, most complex, and most valuable part of our activity for you. We provide complex, professional, and INDEPENDENT expert assistance. Our goal is to ensure you have all the information necessary to select the most suitable property for you, even without your personal presence.
- Contacting the owner or the seller’s real estate agent.
- Scheduling appointments independently or in coordination with an optionally involved Hungarian realtor.
- Assessment of the neighborhood (distance from the sea, condition of surrounding buildings, infrastructure, public transport, etc.)
- Expert assessment of the property
- Exterior: building facade, condition of the garden, garage, parking, pool, and storage unit condition.
- Interior: measuring actual square footage with laser technology, determining the exact floor, creating a floor plan based on real dimensions, renovation/remodeling suggestions,
- expert opinion on the following:
- mechanical systems: heating, cooling, electricity, hot water
- doors and windows,
- flooring and tiles,
- any visible cracks or damages
- condition of the bathroom
- condition of the kitchen
- condition of furniture (if included in the price)
- household appliances.
- Our expert service also includes the creation of exterior and interior videos, provided the seller gives their consent.
Following the evaluation of the deep-dive property purchase analysis, we conduct personalized market research, providing you with the following information:
- Recommendation and detailed presentation of areas matching your needs and budget in the Alicante region (from Torrevieja to Benidorm).
- Recommendation of two or three suitable typical properties per area from the current market.
- Recommendation of property search platforms.
- Taxation information (regarding property purchase and sale, as well as short-term and long-term rentals).
- Information on what is required to purchase property in Spain (including both mandatory and recommended elements).
We will accompany you on-site in person to purposefully review the potential options. For online sessions, we work with live check-ins from the specific areas.
- 1 session, maximum 6-7 hours
- Viewing of one or even multiple areas, with special focus on the touristic and infrastructural characteristics of the selected locations, as well as the surroundings of the targeted properties.
- The price of the service includes travel in our car, ensuring maximum efficiency so you can focus entirely on getting to know the neighborhood.
Dream it, and we will handle the execution! Our skilled team undertakes the partial or full renovation of your residential or investment property. (Water, electricity, heating, cooling, replacement of doors and windows, drywalling, insulation, painting, tiling, etc.)
